CITY TAX
Halldis is required to ask guests to pay the City tax according to the municipal rules: City tax of 2,5 € per person per night, for the first 5 nights of stay only for those over 18 years of age.

Security deposit in value between 1000 € may be applied.

GENERAL RULES OF THE HOUSE
- Smoking is prohibited in the house.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission.
- All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in the illegal activities.
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may be penalized 200 €.

In case the customer cancels their reservation, the following cancellation charges will be applied:
- Pas de pénalité si l'annulation est faite jusqu'à 7 jours avant l'arrivée.
- 100% du prix de la location si l'annulation est faite entre 6 jours et le jour d'arrivée ou en cas de non-présentation.
