If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.

Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.

GENERAL RULES OF THE HOUSE
- Smoking is prohibited in the house
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission
- All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in the illegal activities
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately

This apartment is beautiful. The rooms are large and the windows provide great light. It's in a perfect location in the heart of Florence. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped and having a washing machine was a wonderful perk. The management was quick to respond when we had questions. The only negative was that we could not use the tiny terrace because the smells from exhaust vent from the restaurant downstairs was very strong.

Excellent location! It was great walking out of the apartment everyday to the very historic Piazza delle Signoria. Cafes, restaurants and tourists sights very close by.
The apartment was very comfortable. It was nice having 2 bathrooms and a very comfortable bed. Some days it was tricky regulating the hot water in the showers and a few times there was no water pressure. Just wait a few minutes and pressure was fine.

We stayed at this apartment for 10 days in September and October of 2024
The location is wonderful as it is within a quick walking distance of all major sites in Florence. To walk down and out of the building into Piazza della Signoria was just amazing each and every time that we left the front door.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable and very welcoming. It was nicely appointed with wonderful windows that opened everywhere. We were very surprised by how large the apartment actually was. Having two bathrooms and an elevator was a definite plus. The apartment welcomed us home each evening. We only used the refrigerator and never cooked, but again, the apartment was well stocked with a variety of pans and dinnerware.
We also never used the little veranda area. Opening the windows in the apartment was all we needed to let fresh air or the sounds of city living in,
We'd heartily recommend this apartment to anyone staying in the area. A quick taxi ride from the train station dropped us around the corner. On the morning that we left, the young lady at Caffe Condotta around the corner and on Via Dell Condotta called for a taxi for us. It was less than 100 steps to haul our suitcases around the corner to catch a taxi back to the main train station.
Not only is it close in to all the major sites, it has a nice little grocery store nearby on Via Dante Alighieri--several blocks away. There are drugstores nearby as well.
Down the street on Via Della Condotta is an incredible restaurant called Gustavino Piazza Della Signoria. We suggest that you try the filet steak with gorgonzola, brandy and walnut sauce. The restaurant is beyond wonderful and the service is smart and happy and prices are reasonable for such great food.
So, if you are looking for a great walk up apartment with the convenience of an elevator then I'd definitely stay in this apartment. You will not be disappointed.

Great location close to everything. Spacious updated apartment with a nice small terrace off the kitchen and having 2 bathrooms (with shower) is a big plus. Would definitely stay again.
