The property (275 sqm), spread over 2 floors and tastely furnished, can accommodate up to 12 people for a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
Ground floor: The entrance patio leads to the ground floor of the villa, completely dedicated to the living area. In fact you will find a living room (with fireplace and satellite TV), a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen (with 6-burner stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher) and a pantry (with washing machine and freezer).
A guest bathroom completes the floor.
First floor: The upper floor, accessible via an internal staircase, consists of 5 double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom with shower (one is also equipped with a bathtub), 1 small twin bedroom (whose beds can be joined if necessary) with ensuite bathroom with shower.
There is a Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning. Pets are allowed on request.

Very nice villa, very good location and lots of space inside. All bedrooms are equipped with their own bathroom which is a real plus. Francesca, the lady who took care of us was really nice and always ready to help whenever we contacted her.
Nevertheless, it is the first time that we rent a villa with very little or close to nothing stuff on top of the usual equipment that we found in the kitchen (plates, glasses, cutlery etc… ) Apart from this there was no washing powder, sun, sugar, pepper, coffee, spare toilet paper etc…. the usual stuff that is usually left behind by previous people who rent the villa. We had to buy everything ourselves and left everything that had not been fully used behind. I hope it is still there for the people who will come next.
