Main building: The main building is set on 2 floors, and it is divided into 3 suites in order to provide maximum comfort and privacy to a large group of guests. The large, spacious common areas are all located on the ground floor of the main building.
Ground floor: The ground floor, which can accommodate 8 people, has 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower and 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower. All rooms can be accessed directly from outside. You will find also a suite with a large double bed, fireplace and private bathroom with shower.
The common areas consist of: a living room with fireplace and satellite TV, a lounge with a fireplace, a large dining room with a table for 22 people, a spacious kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, microwave, large American fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster).
First floor: The first floor, which can accommodate 12 people, consists of 3 suites, each accessible exclusively through an independent external staircase.
- Suite 1 (4 people): 2 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower;
- Suite 2 (4 people): covered terrace, living room, dining room with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower;

Dependance: Located by the pool is the dependance which includes 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Villa Cerretello 22 è un bellissimo casale toscano situato nella campagna di Montaione, borgo medievale della provincia fiorentina. La proprietà, posta su di un colle, domina la campagna circostante ricca di boschi, oliveti e vigne.
Il casale dispone di un giardino privato recintato, composto da aree pavimentate in cotto o a prato.
Gli spazi esterni sono impreziositi da una deliziosa piscina privata (7,5 x 15 m, la profondità varia da 1,2 a 2,5 m), attrezzata con sdraio, ombrelloni e lettini.
Vicino alla piscina è presente una grande loggia attrezzata con vari tavoli da pranzo e barbecue, ideale per trascorrere piacevoli pranzi e cene all'aria aperta.
A disposizione degli ospiti, infine, una lavanderia (dotata di lavatrice) in locale esterno.
