Despite having its own private garden and pool, the villa is not completely isolated as it is close to other houses. A pizzeria and some grocery stores are located at just 3-minute walk from the villa.
In Figline Valdarno you can find all the essential amenities (shops, banks, restaurants, post office, pharmacy and hospital).
The proximity to the Chianti Classico region - known worldwide for the prestigious wine – allows you to visit its charming villages such as Gaiole, Radda and Castellina.
For sports lovers, we recommend to reach the nearby tennis court (5 km) and the golf club (28 km).
For wellness lovers, you can reach the nearby spa of Villa La Borghetta.

The property (250 sqm), spread over 3 floors, can accommodate up to 10 people for a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Ground floor: The entrance to the villa is via a covered loggia. You are welcome by a wide entrance hall with terracotta tiled floors and a traditional beamed ceiling.
This floor is dedicated to the living area. You will find, in fact, a dining room with an oval table, wooden dresser and fireplace. Following a spacious bright kitchen, fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
The living room has direct access to the garden, and is furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchairs and tv.
Next to the living room is a utility room with washing machine and internal access to another covered loggia.
A bathroom with shower makes the rest of this floor.
First floor: The first floor, which is accessed by stairs, is dedicated to the sleeping area including 3 spacious, bright bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (not divisible) with wrought iron frame, a large wardrobe and a single bed (with a pullout bed).
The first floor leads to a semicircular balcony, which overlooks the surrounding countryside. The second bedroom has a double bed (not divisible), ensuite bathroom and a small panoramic balcony. The last bedroom has 2 single beds, and a third smaller bed, suitable for a child.
Second floor: The top floor consists of a lovely bedroom with a painted wooden double bed (not divisible), a large wardrobe and matching furniture. Opposite is a bathroom with shower.

Our Opinion
Lovely villa with private garden and swimming pool, located near Figline Valdarno, right in the centre of a triangle formed by the cities of Florence, Siena and Arezzo. Provided with every comfort: Internet wifi, stereo, DVD player, microwave, barbecue, dishwasher, satellite TV.
Ideal accommodation for families or groups of friends wishing to spend a holiday in total privacy and tranquility surrounded by nature, while still remaining close to the villages and Florence.
