Check-in is available from 16.00 until 20:00.
Late check-in is possible ONLY ON REQUEST PRIOR TO BOOKING from 8 pm until Midnight for the extra price of €50 to be paid on arrival in cash

After 24.00 – NO SHOW.
Please coordinate the check-in details with the contact person 3 days before your arrival.

Halldis is required to have all guests provide their personal details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
Hallds is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules: up to € 4 per day per person; for a maximum of 5 days of stay; minors under 10 years of age are exempt. minor between 10 and 16 years old (until 15 years and 363 days) pay half of the price per person.

CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OVER 29 NIGHTS
If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.

MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- Please do not leave your rubbish in the apartment but take it to the collection point in Fondamenta Rughetta (near wood bridge) or in the front of vaporetto station Santa Marta, from 6.30 to 8.30 every day. The Municipality of Venice applies fines starting from € 300 for abandoning waste.
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests have to dispose of their garbage following the rules of the city.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity or any commercial activity inside the apartment.
- Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The use of the grills is not allowed unless indicated in the services offered.
The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.

Breaking these rules may be penalized by €200.

In case the customer cancels their reservation, the following cancellation charges will be applied:
- Pas de pénalité si l'annulation est faite jusqu'à 7 jours avant l'arrivée.
- 100% du prix de la location si l'annulation est faite entre 6 jours et le jour d'arrivée ou en cas de non-présentation.
