The second living room is complete with a 3-seater sofa, armchair, bookcase and TV area and has an exit onto the small balcony with a splendid view of the city.
Then we find the very large double bedroom with a large walk-in closet at the back.
The three communicating rooms then lead to the corridor that leads to the kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine.
Finally we find the bathroom with window and large shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
There is air conditioning in the bedroom and living room.
The apartment is characterized by large spaces, very high ceilings, Murano chandeliers and original floors.

Late check-in is possible ONLY ON REQUEST PRIOR TO BOOKING from 8 pm until Midnight for the extra price of €50 to be paid on arrival in cash

DOCUMENTS
Halldis is required to ask all guests to provide their personal information, including ID card or passport, and forward it to the local authorities.
CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OVER 29 NIGHTS
If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
Special conditions for long stays may be applied.

GARBAGE:
- Please do not leave your rubbish in the apartment but take it to the collection point indicated by our check-in staff. The Municipality of Venice applies fines starting from € 300 for abandoning waste.
GENERAL RULES OF THE HOUSE
- Smoking is prohibited in the house
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission
- All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in illegal activities
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything difficult to clean up, call us immediately
Violation of these rules may be penalized €200
