Quiet one bedroom apartment of 60 sq. mt. with mezzanine ideal for 5 guests located on the ground floor.
The apartment is made up of a large living area with sofa bed and ottoman, a double bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom.
The entrance opens onto the open floor plan kitchen, which is equipped with induction burners, a combination microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and a dining table with 5 chairs. In the living area there is a double sofa bed, a pouf bed, and a 42” television. A French door opens onto the condominium garden and makes the apartment bright. The bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm double bed and a 3-door wardrobe. Another closet is located in the dressing area. Finally, there is a bathroom (no window) with a ventilation system and shower.

Halldis is required to have all guests provide their details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules, for a maximum of 7 days of stay; minors under 14 years of age are exempt:
€ 1 per day per person
€0.5 per day per person in the periods from 1st of May to 15th of June and from 1st of October to 30th of November
MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Pets are permitted on request with an extra cleaning cost of 30€ and a deposit of 300€.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.

appartamenti comodi, confortevoli, caldi, bene illuminati. bagni piacevoli e perfetti. ski room utilissima e comoda per chi scia (scarponi caldi). hall spaziosa e vivibile per tutti, con bei divani e tante sedute. personale accogliente, gentile, pronto ad aiutare in qualsiasi esigenza. spa piacevolissima. molti gradito anche dai bambini/ragazzi. noi torniamo da più anni. jacopo monica eric francesca

Siamo stati 5 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la nostra camera oltre ad essere molto bella era pulitissima. Il personale è molto gentile e altra nota positiva i cani sono assolutamente ben accetti. Consiglio il soggiorno , noi sicuramente ci torneremo !!!
