This ground floor apartment is made up of a unqiue space divided by a closet and has 1 bathroom.
Entering you will immediately find the unique space. On the left, there is the living area, furnished with a table for 4, a corner sofa that can be converted into a double bed if necessary, and a 40” TV. In front of the table is the kitchenette with induction burners, hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, combination microwave, kettle, toaster, and a table for 4 guests. There is also a storage room to leave your suitcases and equipment.
To the right of the entrance is the sleeping area with double bed, wardrobe, and bedside tables. The bathroom has a sink area separate from the toilet and shower.

Halldis is required to have all guests provide their details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules, for a maximum of 7 days of stay; minors under 14 years of age are exempt:
€ 1 per day per person
€0.5 per day per person in the periods from 1st of May to 15th of June and from 1st of October to 30th of November
MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Pets are permitted on request with an extra cleaning cost of 30€ and a deposit of 300€.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.

Siamo stati molto bene, il personale è molto gentile. La zona bambini ed i giochi potrebbero essere in uno stato migliore. Siamo clienti ripetitivi e a febbraio scorso la zona bagni caldi era tiepida e non calda; a dicembre non abbiamo provato a utilizzarla

Our family enjoys every time we come to Halldis. Great staff, clean rooms, good sleep. Thank you.
We would prefer couple improvements: more hooks for clothes like ski jackets and trousers, a bit better lighting in rooms, and maybe salt, pepper and some olive oil in room, so we do not need to buy big packages and leave or throw away leftover.

stanze molto ampie e pulite, struttura vicina ad impianti e a 10 minuti dal centro,ampio spazio verde e accettano anche i cani!!

Struttura molto bella, arredamento moderno, pulito ed attrezzato. Cucina completa di tutti i comfort. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ampio parcheggio. Centro raggiungibile a piedi. Sicuramente un luogo in cui tornare.
