The apartment is located in Via della Mercede, located close to the "Tridente", at approx. 5 minutes from Piazza di Spagna and the most important shopping streets in Rome; it is also close to Piazza di San Silvestro, where you can visit the Acqua Pia Antica Marcia building.The square would be the most important transport hub in Rome with tramways and bus lines connecting the city centre and Rome suburbs; now it has been turned into a pedestrian area.

Entering the house there is a large entrance, on the left is the living room and to the right of the entrance you find the hallway leading to an informal dining area with a balcony (with a utility room and boiler room), and kitchen. Air conditioning units only in the living room and 1 bedroom with double bed.

The bathroom is equipped a large shower cabin, basin, bidet and toilette. The washing machine is in the bathroom.
Cuisine
The kitchen is small but equipped with oven, stove,refridgerator, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. The kitchen has a window which offers a splendid view of the Pennone del Quirinale.
Séjour
The living room, furnished with two sofa beds (190cm X 120cm), a TV corner with DVD player and a dining table for up to 4 people. From here you step out onto the terrace -overlooking Via della Mercede- furnished with a table seating up to 6 and a sun umbrella.

- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbour policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
Breaking these rules may be penalized by €200.
ARRIVAL:
-Regular check-in is available from 15.00 until 20:00.
-Late check-in is possible: after 20:00 €40 cash is to be paid at check-in after 24.00 € 50 is to be paid in cash at check-in

DOCUMENTS:
- Halldis is required to have all guests provide their personal details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
CITY TAX:
- Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules: Tourist tax of 6,00€ per person (over the age of 10) per night, for the first 10 nights.
CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OVER 29 NIGHTS
If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
Security deposit
- Halldis is required to ask guests to pay a Security deposit of a € 1.000 for reservations longer than 30 days(29 night) and a deposit of € 200 for reservations less that 30 days.

The property is an elegant apartment well located with outdoor space. Some items within require updating. We had a couple of requests and issues Halldis responded very quickly and they were resolved.
