- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests have to dispose their garbage following the rules of the city.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity or any commercial activity inside the apartment.
- Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The use of the grills is not allowed unless indicated in the services offered.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
Breaking these rules may be penalized by €200.

We are extremely satisfied with both the service and the accommodation. Everything is always well taken care of, from the moment of booking until check-out. We also arrange our driver through our contact person at the property, which is always perfectly organized. They truly think along with you. The location of the accommodation and its facilities are excellent. During MIPIM, this is our go-to place!

Good place and location. Accessible to nearby grocery market and cafe, and a 15 - 20 min walk to the Palais des Festivals and Cannes Riviera.
The place itself is spacious and complete in its facilities and materials. There are some learning curves in navigating the small things, such as the lights in the hallway, the stove oven, and washing machine, other than that everything is functional.
Sometime though there is an odd smell especially once the toilet has been used, so bathroom ventilation can be better. Other than that everything was great.
