This stylish, fully renovated 2-bedroom apartment with air conditioning is ideal for delegates (20 minutes walk to the Palais des Festivals) as well as for vacationers (5 minutes walk to the beach).
Interior Description
What's nearby: Pointe Croisette, or Palm Beach as the area is also commonly called, is a prestigious and quiet district located to the east of Cannes which includes the large yachts moorings at Port Pierre Canto.
It is a beautifully area, framed by sandy beaches on three sides. Pointe Croisette is home to the most beautiful beach, Bijou Plage, the well-known Le Bâoli night club and the Palm Beach Casino, which is currently being renovated.
The area functions as a small self contained community with shops and restaurants. Most of the restaurants are situated on Place de l'Etang. Visit them in the evening or take a nice walk along the Boulevard de La Croisette.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people:

Regular check-in is available from 16.00 until 21:00.
Late check-in is possible on request at the extra price of €30 and €60 after 23:00 to be paid in cash at arrival.
Please coordinate the check-in details with the contact person 2 days before your arrival.
MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests have to dispose their garbage following the rules of the city.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity or any commercial activity inside the apartment.
- Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The use of the grills is not allowed unless indicated in the services offered.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
Breaking these rules may be penalized by €200.

Beautiful apartment with amazing attention to detail, perfect location. All amenities top quality, super comfortable beds. Great balcony with view. Couldn't recommend more, will definitely try to come back!
