The neighboring Forville Market is open daily, and several excellent restaurants, including Bistrot Gourmand, are steps away.

- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The use of the grills is not allowed unless indicated in the services offered.
