In the entrance area, there is a wardrobe and gives access to the first of the 2 bathrooms and to the living room. Both bathrooms are complete with shower and ventilation system (but both without windows). The living room has a large corner kitchen with induction burners, hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave, toaster, and kettle. In the living room there is also a table with 6 chairs, a pouf bed, a double sofa bed, 2 bedside table, and a 42” TV. From the living room, passing through a hallway with wardrobe, you will find the second bathroom without window and the bedroom which is furnished with a wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, and a bed that can be configured, as required, as a double bed or as 2 separate single beds.

Halldis is required to have all guests provide their details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules, for a maximum of 7 days of stay; minors under 14 years of age are exempt:
€ 1 per day per person
€0.5 per day per person in the periods from 1st of May to 15th of June and from 1st of October to 30th of November
MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Pets are permitted on request with an extra cleaning cost of 30€ and a deposit of 300€.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.

Appartamento molto bello: tutti gli ambienti, camera da letto, soggiorno con angolo cottura, 2 bagni, ampi e arredati con cura e gusto. Anche le dotazioni della cucina soddisfacenti, uniche 2 cose che ci sono mancate un coltello a lama seghettata per il pane e una ciotola ampia per condire insalata.
Anche il nostro cane si è trovato benissimo e il fatto di poter uscire direttamente in giardino è super comodo
I ragazzi gentilissimi e disponibili, stiamo già pensando di tornare quest' estate

Il centro di Gressoney è facilmente raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata.
