Beyond the kitchen there is a large corner sofa that converts into a double bed, a marriage bed that could be splitted in 2 single beds. The bathroom, accessible to people with reduced mobility, has a sink, toilet, bidet and shower. In the living room there is a three-door wardrobe. Large windows allow access to the common outdoor garden.

Halldis is required to have all guests provide their details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules, for a maximum of 7 days of stay; minors under 14 years of age are exempt:
€ 1 per day per person
€0.5 per day per person in the periods from 1st of May to 15th of June and from 1st of October to 30th of November
MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Pets are permitted on request with an extra cleaning cost of 30€ and a deposit of 300€.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.

Siamo stati nella struttura di Gressoney per 1 settimana. Complimenti al personale, sempre cortesi, gentili e disponibili. Hanno risolto qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Gressoney la conoscevo già, il posto è immerso nel verde a circa 15/20 minuti (passeggiata lenta) dal centro di Gressoney e dal Parco con il lago. I servizi corrispondono a quelli indicati dalla struttura. Se sarà possibile ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

La struttura nel complesso è bella e ben posizionata, l'appartamento spazioso e comodo.
Unico difetto: le finiture non sempre all'altezza. Alcuni esempi: mancano appendini per le giacche (sia a parete che negli armadi), piani di appoggio in bagno e la serratura della porta era difettosa.
Per il resto gli spazi comuni sono belli e l'ambiente amichevole.
