The entrance opens onto the living area furnished with a table for 4 guests, a sofa bed, and a 50” TV. A French door opens onto the common garden. The open floor plan kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, induction burners, hood, refrigerator with freezer, combination microwave oven, kettle, and toaster. In the bedroom, there is a large wardrobe, 2 single beds that can be connected in a double bed, and an armchair. An anteroom leads to the bathroom (with no windows) that has a shower and ventilation system.

Halldis is required to have all guests provide their details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules, for a maximum of 7 days of stay; minors under 14 years of age are exempt:
€ 1 per day per person
€0.5 per day per person in the periods from 1st of May to 15th of June and from 1st of October to 30th of November
MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Pets are permitted on request with an extra cleaning cost of 30€ and a deposit of 300€.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.

Tutto bene: appartamenti confortevoli a spaziosi, bella hall ed i ragazzi del ricevimento molto cordiali e disponibili.
Necessario un ammodernamento della zona welness e delle saune e qualche piccolo problema di inagibilità della ski room.
Nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo ed egregia gestione del cliente.

Vacanza estiva di due settimane, 5 stelle al personale tutto, sia della reception che addetto alle pulizie, 4 stelle per le aree interne e esterne, gli spazi comuni per giochi bimbi, fitness eccetera molto funzional. Amici a cui abbiamo fatto visitare gli ambienti sono rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi
