The apartment opens onto the living area with an open floor plan kitchen equipped with induction burners, hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave, toaster, kettle, and a dining table. There is also a sofa that becomes a double bed and a 42” television. The large bedroom has a wardrobe and 2 pull-out single beds that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Both the bedroom and the living room have French doors that open onto the condominium garden. The bathroom (no window) is equipped with a ventilation system and shower and is also adequate for those with reduced mobility.

Halldis is required to have all guests provide their details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules, for a maximum of 7 days of stay; minors under 14 years of age are exempt:
€ 1 per day per person
€0.5 per day per person in the periods from 1st of May to 15th of June and from 1st of October to 30th of November
MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Pets are permitted on request with an extra cleaning cost of 30€ and a deposit of 300€.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.

Siamo stati benissimo, la struttura è accogliente e pulita. Lo staff è eccellente, Alice, Fabio, Luigi e Vichi sono sempre disponibili, Luigi con la sua gentilezza ti fa sentire a casa. Grazie ragazzi!

La struttura è molto bella e moderna e abbiamo apprezzato tanto gli spazi esterni e la possibilità di avere accesso diretto al giardino. Il centro del paese è raggiungibile a piedi.

Struttura moderna e curata con appartamenti adatti veramente ad ogni esigenza (abbiamo soggiornato con due bambine e un cane).
Spazi comuni utili per tempo libero.
Personale cordiale e disponibile.
Ottima posizione per la vicinanza agli impianti Weissmatten e Baby Snow Park.
Il centro di Saint Jean si raggiunge in tre minuti di macchina.
Gli impianti del Monterosa Trinitè sono a circa 15 minuti di macchina.
Consigliatissimo, ci ritorneremo! Ci siamo trovati veramente bene!
