The apartment is ideal for 4 guests, and is divided into a living area with kitchen and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower and ventilation system (no window).
The entrance opens onto the kitchen, which has electric burners, hood, refrigerator, freezer, combination microwave oven, toaster, kettle, and utensils and crockery. A table for 4 leads to the living area, with a double sofa bed and a 42” television. The living room leads to the bedroom, where there are a double bed and a large wardrobe. Both the living room and bedroom have 2 French doors leading directly to the condominium garden.

Halldis is required to have all guests provide their details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules, for a maximum of 7 days of stay; minors under 14 years of age are exempt:
€ 1 per day per person
€0.5 per day per person in the periods from 1st of May to 15th of June and from 1st of October to 30th of November
MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Pets are permitted on request with an extra cleaning cost of 30€ and a deposit of 300€.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.

Struttura ottima per famiglie. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.
All’arrivo abbiamo trovato il bagno sporco e anche il resto della pulizia era approssimativa. Abbiamo apprezzato che dopo aver segnalato la cosa la mattina seguente sono state effettuate pulizie più approfondite.
Per il resto ci siamo trovati molto bene e lo spazio esterno è un bel plus.

Struttura molto attrezzata, con giardino interno per rilassarsi, area giochi per bambini e palestra. Gli appartamenti sono molto confortevoli e il servizio del personale è perfetto. Il centro di gressoney si raggiunge in 20 min a piedi. Assolutamente consigliato.
