A corridor with a wall closet leads to the living area with kitchen equipped with electric burners, combination microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, kettle, and crockery and kitchen utensils. A table with 4 chairs, a marriage bed that could be splitted in 2 single beds, and a 42” television complete the room made luminous by a French door that leads to the common garden. There is also a wardrobe room with another closet and a bathroom with ventilation system (no window) and shower stall.

Halldis is required to have all guests provide their details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules, for a maximum of 7 days of stay; minors under 14 years of age are exempt:
€ 1 per day per person
€0.5 per day per person in the periods from 1st of May to 15th of June and from 1st of October to 30th of November
MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Pets are permitted on request with an extra cleaning cost of 30€ and a deposit of 300€.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.

Abbiano trascorso 3 notti in questa struttura con il nostro cane.
Appartamento confortevole, pulito e ben organizzato, ottima zona verde esterna con campi sportivi, lounge bar molto bello con zona relax e calcetto, centro di Grassoney raggiungibile attraverso una splendida passeggiata nel verde. Consigliatissimo

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento “Vincent” numero 27 l’ultima settimana di Maggio.
L’abbiamo trovato pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. La struttura, a pochi minuti dal centro di Gressoney Saint-Jean, è dotata di un immenso spazio verde attrezzato di sdraio e tavolini in cui prendere il sole o fare attività all’aperto con vista sulle montagne. La colazione è ottima. Il personale è stato fantastico, tutti gentilissimi e preparati. Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa! Ritorneremo sicuramente in questo splendido posto e lo consigliamo a tutti!

The accommodation was great: It was clean, spacey, cozy and strategically located (very close to the slopes and not far from Gressoney downtown!
The staff that works there is fantastic...always available and ready to go far and beyond for its guests!
I'd definitely recommend Halldis to everyone wanting to spend some time in Gressoney!

We had an amazing vacation at Halldis in Gressoney: it was the first time for our kid on the snow and everything went well, the residence is very well positioned to reach the baby park snow, the city center and some of the best restaurants are near-by. Great kids area and wellness area. Recommended!

Halldis Gressoney est une résidence Hôtel très bien tenue, les appartements sont propres, neufs, et très bien équipés. Parfaitement située au coeur de la Vallée. Je ne peux que recommander cette adresse.
