The studio is furnished with a marriage bed that could be splitted in 2 single beds, a pouf bed, a 42” television, and a table with 4 chairs. The open floor plan kitchen has induction burners, combination microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, and kettle. The bathroom (no window) is equipped with a ventilation system and shower and is also adequate for those with reduced mobility.

Halldis is required to have all guests provide their details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules, for a maximum of 7 days of stay; minors under 14 years of age are exempt:
€ 1 per day per person
€0.5 per day per person in the periods from 1st of May to 15th of June and from 1st of October to 30th of November
MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Pets are permitted on request with an extra cleaning cost of 30€ and a deposit of 300€.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.

Eravamo 2 adulti, una bimba ed un bebè. Monolocale ben arredato con tutto il necessario. Era presente anche il microonde, il bollitore ed una piccola tortiera. Bagno spazioso. Letto
Matrimoniale molto comodo. Un po’ meno il letto della bimba. Ok il riscaldamento. Personale molto cortese. Stanze nel sotterraneo (fitness e giochi) obiettivamente non capiamo perché siano lì sotto vista la puzza di umido. Buoni i cornetti al bar! Dista dal centro 10/15 minuti a piedi. Tanto parcheggio e tanto verde

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend stay with our son (2.5y old). The facilities at Halldis are wonderful, including a great play area for the kids, gym and wellness area. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view of the mountains and very close to the town.
