Halldis is required to have all guests provide their details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules, for a maximum of 7 days of stay; minors under 14 years of age are exempt:
€ 1 per day per person
€0.5 per day per person in the periods from 1st of May to 15th of June and from 1st of October to 30th of November
MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Pets are permitted on request with an extra cleaning cost of 30€ and a deposit of 300€.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.

La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva, come la scorsa volta. La camera era bella e ben accessoriata, il che ha reso il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Lo staff è sempre gentile e disponibile, come sempre, e questo fa la differenza. L’unica pecca, come già scritto da altri, è il divano letto che purtroppo è davvero scomodo. Nonostante questo piccolo dettaglio, nel complesso è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole!

Struttura molto comoda e confortevole, personale molto efficiente e disponibile, peccato per le attività ricreative non disponibili per ristrutturazione. Appartamenti molto puliti e curati,spaziosi.

Struttura Funzionale e comoda, camere recentemente realizzate e comode. Personale gentile. Lavanderia, locale sci e scarponi riscaldato, parcheggio coperto, palestra e zona benessere (non provata). 6 Colonnine di ricarica in parcheggi adiacenti all’albergo.

Nel complesso giudizio molto positivo, ottima posizione vicina al centro di Saint Jean e completo nell’arredo, bello anche lo spazio esterno comune. Comodo con un animale, noi ci siamo stati con il nostro cane. Da migliorare decisamente la qualità di materasso e cuscini, e possibilmente la possibilità di averne a disposizione più di uno. Un plus sarebbe avere in cucina l’indispensabile per cucinare (es. sale, olio e zucchero e qualche sacchetto in più per la pattumiera) e l’indispensabile per le pulizie della casa, soprattutto per i lunghi soggiorni. Infine, molto apprezzata la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale e la possibilità di avere a disposizione un bar all’interno della struttura. Comodo anche il parcheggio. Eccellente la vista sulle montagne.
