Parking
That area is Area L for parking. A daily ticket is 6€ and can be paid at the red machines on the sidewalks.
It's possible to have a monthly ticket for Area L that costs 40€, you can buy it at tobacco stores, you just ask for "ticket mensile per il parcheggio in zona L".
Keep in mind that with these tickets, you can park only in blue striped spots. Never on yellow spots. It's always better to check the signs near the parking spot when you leave the car to check that it's ok for Area L tickets. The closest street with many blue striped parking spots is Via Azzurra

L'appartamento è veramente bello, completo di ogni confort e molto curato. Sono presenti tutti gli accessori possibile per fare sentire il cliente "a casa".
Posizione molto comoda, vicina alla stazione dei treni e con la fermata dell'autobus sotto casa. Sono presenti una serie di market, bar, macellerie lungo la via principale che semplificano la vita.

Hermoso departamento! Viajamos a Bologna en familia (tres integrantes) por 6 noches. Todo estuvo perfecto: el recibimiento por parte de Francesco, la limpieza del lugar, el equipamiento de la cocina, todo impecable. Baño amplio, ducha espaciosa, muy buen caudal de agua y muy buena calefacción del lugar. Hermosa terraza. La zona muy tranquila, con excelente comunicación con el centro de la ciudad y la estación central de trenes. Sin dudas, volveríamos y lo recomendaríamos a nuestros contactos.
Salve, ho trovato l'appartamento pulito, luminoso, attrezzato, adeguato alle nostre esigenze, un piccolo appunto sul divano letto che non permette ad un adulto un confortevole riposo, sicuramente adatto per due persone anche per lunghi periodi.

In general, all as in the offer. The air conditioning in both living room/kitchen and bedroom was a life saver (it was >30deg during our whole stay). The furniture stylish and in a good shape. There were some little setbacks, like the fact that some dishes were left in the dishwasher by the previous renters (not all were cleaned) or the neighbourhood, but overall a very nice stay. Also Francesco was very kind and helpful with the check-in and questions we had.
