- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
Security deposit: For stays equal to or lesser than 30 days, all clients will have to grant € 300.00 with a valid credit card 7 days before check-in for a pre-authorization. For rentals over 30 days guests will have to pay €1000.00
