In the vicinity, there is a wide open square where the traditional Porta Portese market takes place on Sunday mornings. The apartment is a few minutes from Trastevere Station and Viale Trastevere from where you can reach the historic center of Rome by streetcar No. 8 in 20 minutes. Testaccio can be reached by crossing Lungotevere in only 15 minutes. These two neighborhoods have a very dynamic nightlife with a huge choice of restaurants and clubs.
Parking
Atac´s Park & Ride areas allow long-term parking at a discounted rate, to reach the City Centre using urban public transport. Every Park & Ride area (both automated or not) is close to a Metro station or to the urban and suburban bus terminus.
Blue stripes: The ordinary rate is € 1.00 per hour outside the ZTL and € 1.20 per hour in the ZTL. The discounted rate, on the other hand, is valid everywhere: € 0.20 for 15 minutes of parking (short stay, for payments made only from the parking meter); € 4.00 for 8 hours of continuous parking; € 70.00 for a calendar month.

- Halldis is required to have all guests provide their personal details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
CITY TAX:
- Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules: Tourist tax of 6,00€ per person (over the age of 10) per night, for the first 10 nights.
CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OVER 29 NIGHTS
If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
Security deposit
- Halldis is required to ask guests to pay a Security deposit of € 200 for reservations less than 30 days(29 nights) and € 1.000 for reservations longer than 30 days(29 night)

L’appartamento era ottimo. Sia per la gestione di cinque persone, sia per la posizione (5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Trastevere). Le uniche cose che attenzionerei sono: l’assenza dell’ascensore (o meglio, era presente ma non utilizzabile) e l’attenzione per piccoli dettagli: ad esempio, mancava il sapone per le mani in uno dei due bagni, mancavano i sacchetti per le immondizie in cucina. Al bagno manca una mensolina per appoggiare le cose. Tutte cose di dettaglio ma che con poca attenzione in più potrebbero fare davvero la differenza.
