A 97 sqm apartment on the third floor with an elevator in a twentieth-century, Baroque-style building in a wonderful condominium in the Pinciano (Parioli) neighbourhood. The condominium is located 3.5 km northeast of the historic centre of Rome and only a 12-minute walk from Villa Borghese. The condominium has a large garden and a 5-minute walk and stairs(30) from the entrance to the building to the apartment. Parioli is one of the most elegant and residential neighbourhoods of Rome, not far from the city centre. It is full of high-level restaurants, cinemas, theatres and stores of the best brands. It is located between two large parks: Villa Ada, ideal for sports lovers, and Villa Borghese, an enchanting setting for pleasant walks to Via Veneto, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo and the famous Borghese Museum.
The flat does not have air conditioning but is equipped with fans, furthermore the building is being restored and has scaffolding on one facade of the building (main entrace living and sleeping area) .

The discounted rate, on the other hand, is valid everywhere: € 0.20 for 15 minutes of parking (short stay, for payments made only from the parking meter); € 4.00 for 8 hours of continuous parking; € 70.00 for a calendar month.

Interior Description
This bright and quiet 97sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor, and from the building's front door to the elevator there are about 10 steps to take. It is located in a condominium with a large garden and is about a 5-minute walk (staircase with 30 steps) from the entrance of the condominium. The house consists of two bedrooms, a large living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The first bedroom is on the left as you enter and can also be used as a study, then there is the living room and the second bedroom also on the left of the corridor with the bathroom and kitchen.

- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbour policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
Breaking these rules may be penalized by €200.

-Late check-in is possible: after 20:00 €40 cash is to be paid at check-in after 24.00 € 50 is to be paid in cash at check-in

CITY TAX:
- Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules: Tourist tax of 6,00€ per person (over the age of 10) per night, for the first 10 nights.
CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OVER 29 NIGHTS
If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
Security deposit
- Halldis is required to ask guests to pay a Security deposit of € 200 for reservations less than 30 days(29 nights) and € 1.000 for reservations longer than 30 days(29 night)
