- The Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore: one of the city's four great papal basilicas, it is located on the east side of the Monti district, while the Colosseum and San Pietro in Vincoli (home of Michelangelo's Moses) are to the south.
- The Scuderie del Quirinale, a museum that hosts important exhibitions and major shows.
- the elevated Church of San Lorenzo.
- Madonna dei Monti Church, designed by the 16th-century architect and sculptor Giacomo della Porta.
- Palazzo Valentini in Via IV Novembre: it is possible to organise a visit inside to understand what the district was like at the time of the Suburra. The visit includes sounds and light shows that highlight mosaic floors, fragments of frescoes and thermal baths. Audio-visual recreations of the centurions reproduce the reality of the ancient Suburra.

Interior Description

Capocci in Monti is ideal for a long or short stay, whether for work or to fully experience the capital's tourism. The house is ideal for couples of friends, families with children or friends looking for comfort. The Colosseum is a 12-minute walk away and the underground station Cavour is 300 metres away. The city's major tourist attractions can be reached on foot or by public transport. Family-run trattorias, chic wine bars and original vintage boutiques attract a diverse clientele of foreigners, students and locals.

The flat is located on the second floor with a lift (small) and opens onto the living area with a corridor leading to the kitchen, the two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The living room overlooks Via dei Capocci, while the bedrooms have internal facades.

The flat is equipped with air conditioning and has double windows.

The first bedroom at the end of hallway has a double bed (160cm x 190cm), a small bookcase, wardrobe and a single bed ( 90cm x 200cm). The second bedroom has a double bed (160cm x 190cm), a large wardrobe, bedside tables and a free standing mirror.

The bedrooms are equipped with an air-conditioning system.

Bathrooms

The first bathroom has sanitary ware and shower cabin and the second bathroom has sanitary ware and bath tub.

Kitchen

The kitchen is complete with refridgerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, cutlery and crockery for eight people. The kitche has a table with four chairs . Adjacent to the kitchen is a small storage room where there is the washing machine.

Sitting Room

The living room has a sofa , television corner , 2 armchairs and a dining table with 6 chairs. Bookcases, lamps, mirrors and pictures complete the living room furniture. There is an air-conditioning system in the living room.

Policies

Property regulation
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbour policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
Breaking these rules may be penalized by €200.

ARRIVAL:
-Regular check-in is available from 15.00 until 20:00.
-Late check-in is possible: after 20:00 €40 cash is to be paid at check-in after 24.00 € 50 is to be paid in cash at check-in
Please coordinate the check-in details with the contact person 2 days before your arrival.

DOCUMENTS:
- Halldis is required to have all guests provide their personal details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.

CITY TAX:
- Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules: Tourist tax of 6,00€ per person (over the age of 10) per night, for the first 10 nights.

CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OVER 29 NIGHTS
If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.

Security deposit
- Halldis is required to ask guests to pay a Security deposit of a € 1.000 for reservations longer than 30 days(29 night) and a deposit of € 200 for reservations less that 30 days.

Very comfortable apartment in great location. Walking distance to everything, and also convenient access to metro and buses and Termini. Nearby neighborhood restaurants are excellent and affordable. Markets also close by. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space to spread out.
