In addition, the area is full of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars; the Via Appia can be considered, after the chic streets of the historical centre, one of the most important shopping streets in Rome. Not to be missed is the new shopping centre “Happio” on Via Appia 448, with more than 30 shops and restaurants (open daily, 09.00 - 21.00, restaurants 10.00 - 24.00, 7 days a week).

- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbour policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
Breaking these rules may be penalized by €200.

CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OVER 29 NIGHTS
If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
Security deposit
- Halldis is required to ask guests to pay a Security deposit of a € 1.000 for reservations longer than 30 days(29 night) and a deposit of € 200 for reservations less that 30 days.
