Regular check-in is available from 16.00 until 20:00.
Late check-in is possible until 24:00 for €30 cash to be paid in the spot
After 24.00 – NO SHOW.
Please coordinate the check-in details with the contact person 2 days before your arrival.
Halldis is required to have all guests provide their personal details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OVER 29 NIGHTS
If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The use of the grills is not allowed unless indicated in the services offered.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
Breaking these rules may be penalized by €200.

ci siamo trovati bene, la casa è molto bella e accogliente, la sala lettura è proprio una chicca.
La casa è dotata di un doppio balcone, la pulizia era eccellente.
Un consiglio? un bel divano letto in sala per piazzare il marito a guardarsi la tv (che non è come in foto) tv moderna dotata di netflix; ottimo!
Grazie per aver messo a disposizione detersivi e beni di prima necessità.
Il parcheggio privato sotto casa top, intorno diversi ristoranti, bar e farmacia.
Impianti sciistici vicini e raggiungibili con navetta gratuita.
La pace e il silenzio sono impareggiabili

We have a nice stay at the property, access was easy and had all we needled.

A very nice, proper and cosy appartment.
Every morning we did breakfast on the balcony with a magnificent mountain view.
The building is 90m off the road (Via Milano), so hardly no traffic sounds.
Enough parking space in front of the building.
We didn't meet the owner by person, but the communication was good with WhatsApp.
Less then 10 minutes walk to the center of the village with nice shops, restaurants and ice cream of course.
About half an hour walk to the cabins (Funivia) for bringing you in the mountains (piani di bobbio).
25 minutes drive to the nice, clean and quiet beach in Abbadia Lariana (Lago di Como).
The people in Barzio are nice and friendly.
Allthough the relaxed sphere and quietness of the village there were also concerts (classical, populair and folk).
We had a very nice stay at this appartment and Barzio.

P.S. In Barzio was enough possibility to charge our electric car.

Good check in explanation, perfectly clean house, with small details I appreciated such as mini shampoo and toothbrush. Lots of plates and cooking accessories. House was nice and warm when we arrived.
