Description
Villa Rocchetta is an enchanting residence located in the municipality of Bosisio Parini, set in a large park with an agricultural estate. Built between 1920 and 1923 on agricultural land that previously belonged to an eighteenth-century farmhouse called the Bordone, the villa was commissioned by the Milanese industrialist Giovanni Gussoni to host his friends during hunting trips in the Brianza countryside.
The architect in charge of the project and execution was Aldo Andreani, a promising technician of the time with a passion for eclecticism. The structure of the villa is described as butterfly-shaped, similar to a medieval fortress, but with the addition of elements and decorations from different eras. The interiors, a true masterpiece of the 1920s, are one of a kind, characterized by an accurate study of spaces and light.
The architectural and building elements used in construction, such as wrought iron, glass, wood and concrete, have been enhanced through particular shapes and innovative uses. The furniture of the house, made to measure, is in national walnut, creating a harmonious complete work signed by the architect Andreani.
The location of Villa Rocchetta is strategic, 45 minutes from Milan, 30 from Monza, 10 from Lecco and 40 from Como. The proximity to the SS36 state road facilitates connections with these important cities and Lake Como. On the ground floor of the villa there are the living rooms, the study, the dining room, the kitchen and the service rooms, as well as an original bathroom from the 1930s.
The first floor, accessible via a wonderful staircase created by master Mazzuccotelli, houses:

The second floor is dedicated to: a large billiard and games room,

Halldis is required to ask all guests to provide their personal information, including ID card or passport, and forward it to the local authorities.
CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OVER 29 NIGHTS
If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
Security deposit in value between 200€ - 1000€ may be applied
Special conditions for long stays may be applied.

GENERAL RULES OF THE HOUSE
- Smoking is prohibited in the house
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission
- All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in the illegal activities
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately
