Located on the first floor, the apartment features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen including an induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine. The living room is furnished with a sofa and a 55" Smart TV. On the lower level, there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower (without bidet), and a room with a double sofa bed. The mezzanine includes a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The entrance corridor houses a washer-dryer inside a convenient wardrobe. The apartment is equipped with a remotely controlled air conditioning system that automatically adjusts the temperature to ensure comfort and energy efficiency. There is also a mechanical ventilation system that maintains optimal indoor air quality by regulating humidity. For the system to work properly, it is recommended to keep the windows closed.

Standard arrival time: from 15:00 onwards.
Early check in on request (if possible) with an extra cost of €50

Please contact the contact person at least three days before arrival to agree on check-in details.
DOCUMENTS:
Halldis is required to ask all guests to provide their personal data, including identity card or passport, and to transmit them to the local authorities.
TOURIST TAX:
Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules: Tourist tax of €3 per person per night, for the first 4 nights of stay only for those over 14 years of age
TERMS FOR BOOKINGS OVER 29 NIGHTS
If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
A security deposit of €1000 may apply.
Special conditions for long stays may apply. Please contact our team.

GENERAL HOUSE RULES
- Smoking is prohibited in the house.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they are not staying overnight, without prior authorization.
- All guests must abide by a good neighborly policy and not engage in illegal activities.
- Respect neighbors and keep noise levels down between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
- Parties are not permitted.
- Tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the property.
- Guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided if any damage occurs during the stay. In the event of damage or problems, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill something that is difficult to clean up, please call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may result in a €200 penalty.
