This polished, open space is full of modern amenities, including a contemporary kitchen and free WiFi, and is beautifully located mere steps from a beach on the lakeshore and an assortment of local restaurants, cafes, and shops. What's nearby: This apartment sits in the very heart of Dongo on the northwestern shores of Lake Como, right across the road from the lake and the town marina. You can stroll less than half a mile up the lakeshore to Dongo's lovely beach, or go for walk through town to find wonderful pastry shops, restaurants, and cafes within a few blocks. If you're looking to experience a bit of local culture, the Church of Santa Maria del Tiglio is two miles north and the Abbey of Santa Maria di Piona is just across the water.

CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OVER 29 NIGHTS
If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
ARRIVAL:
Regular check-in is available from 16.00 until 20:00.
Late check-in is possible until 24:00 for €30 cash to be paid in spot
After 24.00 – NO SHOW.
Please coordinate the check-in details with the contact person 2 days before your arrival.
Halldis is required to have all guests provide their personal details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
Hallds is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules: 1 Eur per night per person, max 15 nights
Exemption: Children under 14 years old
MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The use of the grills is not allowed unless indicated in the services offered.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
Breaking these rules may be penalized by €200.

Great location, very specious, 2 separate bedrooms, bid bathroom. Many staff fer leisure, games, etc inside the apartment. Very good with children. Parking also not a problem - nearby either 4 h for free/night also free or for 5 eur for a day.

L'appartement est spacieux propre et bien équipé. Belle vue.
Il est bien situé pour visiter à la fois la rive ouest et le nord du lac. Il est aussi proche de la Suisse ( randonnée et château). Il est à 30 min en voiture des grands sites touristiques.
Nous avons été très bien reçu par Marco.
