Description

The apartment is inside an "Old Milan" style building with the classic central courtyard and the balcony on each floor that leads to the apartments.
The apartment ( 48 sqm ) is on the second floor of this building - equipped with a lift - overlooking via San Vittore.

Attractions

The area in which the apartment is located is made particularly attractive by the proximity of various places of interest: in a few minutes on foot it is possible to reach the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, where the splendid Last Supper, a famous painting by Leonardo, is located. da Vinci which depicts the Last Supper of Jesus and the apostles and the Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio which represents not only a monument of the early Christian and Romanesque era, but also a fundamental point of Milanese history. It is traditionally considered the second most important church in the city after the Milan Cathedral which, on foot, is about 1.5 km away. About 50 meters from the house we have another place of considerable interest is the Museum of Science and Technology. For fans of modern art, it is certainly interesting to point out the proximity of the Milan Triennale (stop: Cadorna), defined as the Italian institution for design, architecture, decorative and visual arts, fashion and audiovisual production, and the Sozzani Gallery (stop: Moscova / Garibaldi), a private gallery with programming dedicated exclusively to the work of photographers of international standing. Both can be reached in a few minutes by metro. Just 2 metro stops away, the Brera area will catch your attention: it is an excellent mix between history and modernity, between tradition and innovation. On via Brera there are the famous Pinacoteca, a national gallery of ancient and modern art, the Academy of Fine Arts and, more to the side, the Brera Botanical Garden. They are also typical of the interior design boutiques and intellectual cafes. The area is also made lively and dynamic by the presence of numerous restaurants and bars. In particular, we highlight: - Hats-Off, an American and Tex-Mex restaurant; - Biif Burger, an Italian grill that ranges from artisanal pizzeria to gourmet fast food; - Once upon a time there was a Piada, for an excellent traditional piadina; - La Hora Feliz, a Cuban-style bar; - Langosteria Bistrot, for an excellent fish dinner in a very chic setting. There is also, within walking distance of the apartment, a Pam supermarket (via Olona, ​​1). The Sant'Ambrogio area is also located a few steps from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, a historic Milanese square that comes to life during the evening: once an alternative destination to the panorama of the chic Milanese nightlife, it has now become the hub of the city's nightlife. . In the summer, a large number of people surround the columns to completely fill the square in which they are located. Also noteworthy is the proximity to the lively Navigli area and the modern Darsena area, both famous for the presence of numerous clubs, restaurants and bars, easily reachable by public transport.

Metro line 2 (green) has the Sant'Ambrogio stop within walking distance.

Interior Description

The house is bright and has parquet flooring. It initially develops into a comfortable living area, with an open kitchen, where there is also a French size sofa bed (190cm x 140cm) and a cabinet with drawers and TV. Inside the living area furniture there is the boiler which serves to make the apartment autonomous for both heating and hot water.

Most of the furnishings in the apartment are tailor-made to make the most of the available space.

A small hallway with a small bookcase allows access to the bathroom, equipped with shower and washing machine, and leads to the bedroom, equipped with a large wardrobe and a comfortable double bed (190cm x 160cm).

In the bedroom there is a split for air conditioning and allow you to better enjoy even the hottest periods of the year.

ARRIVAL
Standard arrival time: from 15:00 to 22:00.
Early check in available on request (if possible) with an extra cost of 30 € to be paid prior to arrival.
Late check-in from 22:00 to 24:00 available with an extra cost of €30 to be paid prior to arrival.
Late check-in after 24:00 available with an extra cost of €80 to be paid prior to arrival.
Please contact the contact person a couple of days before arrival to arrange check-in details.

DEPARTURE
Standard departure time between 07:00 and 11:00.
Late check out by 14:00 available on request ( if possible ) with an extra cost of € 30,00.
Late check-out by 20:00 available on request ( if possible ) with an extra cost of € 50,00.


DOCUMENTS
Halldis is required to ask all guests to provide their personal information, including ID card or passport, and forward it to the local authorities.

CITY TAX
Halldis is required to ask guests to pay the City tax according to the municipal rules: City tax of 6.3 € per person per night, for the first 14 nights of stay only for those over 18 years of age.
From 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2026 according to municipal rules Halldis is required to ask guests to pay : City tax of 9.5 € per person per night, for the first 14 nights of stay only for those over 18 years of age.

CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OVER 29 NIGHTS
If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
Security deposit in value between 1000 € may be applied.
Special conditions for long stays may be applied.

GENERAL RULES OF THE HOUSE
- Smoking is prohibited in the house.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission.
- All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in the illegal activities.
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may be penalized €200.
