Via Pezzotti, thanks to the vicinity to the Navigli area, is lively and efficiently served by public transports.
Bocconi university, one of the most prestigious universities in Italy and Europe, is only 500 meters from the apartment.
Some attractions easily reached on foot or by public transports:
- Porta Genova/Navigli, an energetic and colourful area of Milan, offering plenty of entertainment chances thanks to the many bars, clubs and places where to have a bubbly aperitif;
- Porta Romana area, which does not only offer plentiful of clubs and bars, but it is also the seat of the famous thermal baths of Milan, a relaxation heaven at the heart of the city;
- San Lorenzo columns, a historic meeting place in Milan, extremely popular at night;
- Milan Duomo, the landmark of the city, and the Scala square, home to the homonymous theatre;
- the Royal Palace and the Museum of the XX Century (Museo del Novecento), housing both temporary exhibitions and permanent collections all year round.

Local Transport

The apartment is located in a very well served area, efficiently connected with the main points of interest of the city.
You are moments from tramway no. 15 (fast track), taking to Missori subway station in only 7 stops (yellow line MM3), right next to Duomo square.
In the vicinity you also find trolley bus line no. 90 (Milan internal bus line), heading to Romolo station in only 10 minutes (green subway line MM2 and Passante railway, line S9).

Interior Description

The flat is on the second floor of a modern building - with elevator - and is nestled in a fantastic environment: you are at the heart of an enormous shared garden with pine, plane, cedar, linden and maple trees, as well as roses and hydrangeas, a breath of fresh air in the centre of Milan which also includes some parking spaces for bikes and a playground with swings and slides.
The apartment, of about 100 sq.mt, is very quiet - all the windows overlook the communal garden - and bright. In addition, it has been fully renovated and refurbished at the end of 2016 with a charming design: the walls are covered partly by bricks and partly with Gioia paint. In addition, it has double glazed windows and electric roller shutters in all rooms.
The flat opens onto a hallway where three sliding doors take to the three rooms the apartment is composed of.
Firstly, the kitchen, fully fitted and equipped with the most modern appliances, such as microwave and a wooden countertop; then, the living room, featuring a table for up to 8 people, a French size sofa bed accommodating up to 2 people (1,40 cm), a Smart LG TV and a dresser. From the living room you get out onto a long balcony, with lamps and a table for 2 people.
The night area comprises a double bedroom with a closet with 2 sliding doors, a writing desk, a TV and a shoe cabinet, and a second bedroom, furnished with another double bed, a capacious 6-door closet, a writing desk, a TV and an additional shoe cabinet. The room also comes with a small balcony, accessed only by its guests.
The bathroom is fitted with a big, comfortable shower stall.
The apartment has wooden parquet flooring in all rooms, but in the bathroom and in the kitchen (fitted with Gres tiles).
Please note that you have to climb two steps to reach the apartment (close to the staircase no. E). A gangway may be provided in case of mobility problems.

ARRIVAL
Standard arrival time: from 15:00 to 22:00.
Early check in available on request (if possible) with an extra cost of 30 € to be paid prior to arrival.
Late check-in from 22:00 to 24:00 available with an extra cost of €30 to be paid prior to arrival.
Late check-in after 24:00 available with an extra cost of €80 to be paid prior to arrival.
Please contact the contact person a couple of days before arrival to arrange check-in details.

DEPARTURE
Standard departure time between 07:00 and 11:00.
Late check out by 20:00 available on request ( if possible ) with an extra cost of € 30,00.
Late check-out by 14:00 available on request ( if possible ) with an extra cost of € 50,00.

DOCUMENTS
Halldis is required to ask all guests to provide their personal information, including ID card or passport, and forward it to the local authorities.

CITY TAX
Halldis is required to ask guests to pay the City tax according to the municipal rules: City tax of 6.3 € per person per night, for the first 14 nights of stay only for those over 18 years of age.
From 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2026 according to municipal rules Halldis is required to ask guests to pay : City tax of 9.5 € per person per night, for the first 14 nights of stay only for those over 18 years of age.

CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OVER 29 NIGHTS
Security deposit in value between 1000 € may be applied.
Special conditions for long stays may be applied.

GENERAL RULES OF THE HOUSE
- Smoking is prohibited in the house.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission.
- All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in the illegal activities.
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may be penalized 200 €.
