Attractions

Via Vigevano is very close to Navigli area, thus in a strategic location that allows reaching the main places of interest in a short time. In particular, from the apartment you can easily reach on foot or by public transport: - MUDEC - Museum of Cultures, which is definitely noteworthy. The Museum’s 17,000 m2 propose to visitors and city residents alike a range of cultural activities and services, including permanent collections, temporary exhibitions, conferences and workshops for both young and more mature visitors; - the Columns of San Lorenzo, a historic Milan square that comes to life during the evening hours. In particular, in the summer a large number of people surround the columns, completely filling up the square, thus creating a unique atmosphere; - Via Torino, considered one of the city’s most important commercial streets; - the Duomo, symbol of Milan, and Piazza della Scala, which houses the famous opera theater; - The Royal Palace and the Museo del Novecento, which host various permanent and temporary exhibitions throughout the year. The apartment is located in Porta Genova/Navigli area, one of the most lively districts of the city, which offers several opportunities of fun and leisure thanks to its countless bars and clubs. At a short distance you will also find the Darsena and Ripa di Porta Ticinese, where to hang out with friends and have the traditional happy hour at the weekend. Very close to Navigli area is also the fashion and design district of Via Savona and Via Tortona, full of boutiques and ateliers.

Local Transport

The area where the apartment is located is well connected to the city’s primary points of interest. It is just a short walk from the Porta Genova underground station (green line - MM2), from which you can also easily reach the Central Station (green line - MM2/yellow line - MM3) and Cadorna railway station (green line - MM2/red line - MM1) by the MM2 line. Within 250 meters, you can also find stops for trams 2, 9, 10 and 14 and 27, as well as buses 74 and 325.

Interior Description

The apartment has parquet flooring throughout and air conditioning. Entering, we are welcomed into the living area with open plan kitchen, furnished with sofa overlooking the TV area, a table for 4, and a storage closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, traditional oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Finally, the sleeping area, is accessed through a room with large wardrobes, one of which has a laundry area and is equipped with a washing machine. The bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside tables, and abatjours. From the bedroom you access the 2 bathrooms, both with toilet and large shower enclosure. The apartment is fully equipped with wireless internet access.

ARRIVAL
Standard arrival time: from 15:00 to 22:00.
Early check in available on request (if possible) with an extra cost of 30 € to be paid prior to arrival.
Late check-in from 22:00 to 24:00 available with an extra cost of €30 to be paid prior to arrival.
Late check-in after 24:00 available with an extra cost of €80 to be paid prior to arrival.
Please contact the contact person a couple of days before arrival to arrange check-in details.

DEPARTURE
Standard departure time between 07:00 and 11:00.
Late check out by 14:00 available on request ( if possible ) with an extra cost of € 30,00.
Late check-out by 20:00 available on request ( if possible ) with an extra cost of € 50,00.

DOCUMENTS
Halldis is required to ask all guests to provide their personal information, including ID card or passport, and forward it to the local authorities.

CITY TAX
Halldis is required to ask guests to pay the City tax according to the municipal rules: City tax of 6.3 € per person per night, for the first 14 nights of stay only for those over 18 years of age.
From 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2026 according to municipal rules Halldis is required to ask guests to pay : City tax of 9.5 € per person per night, for the first 14 nights of stay only for those over 18 years of age.

CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OVER 29 NIGHTS
Security deposit in value between 1000€ may be applied.
Special conditions for long stays may be applied.

GENERAL RULES OF THE HOUSE
- Smoking is prohibited in the house.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission.
- All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in the illegal activities.
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may be penalized €200.

Very modern and well located apartment. Furniture and appliances like new. Excellent services from the agency renting it. Very convenient for Bocconi Students or even business people. Highly recommended.
