Attractions
The apartment has a great location just a short distance from the Garibaldi station and one of the fastest-changing districts in Milan, Isola. Nearby are the districts of Piazzale Maciachini (to the north), the area of the Central Station (to the east), Corso Como and Corso Garibaldi (to the south), famous for nightlife, and the former Farini airport (to the west), brought back to life with bars and restaurants, including the Osteria Scalo Farini, a traditional Milanese tavern for lunch or an aperitif with friends. - Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may be penalized €200.
