Attractions

The area in which the apartment is located is particularly attractive thanks to the proximity of a variety of places of interest: within a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, which houses the famous Leonardo Da Vinci's Last Supper, depicting the Last Supper of Jesus and the Apostles. Another place of special interest is the Museum of Science and Technology, less than a 3-minute walk away. For modern art aficionados, the proximity of the Milan Triennale is definitely noteworthy (Cadorna stop), which is considered an Italian institution par excellence for design, architecture, decorative and visual arts, fashion and audiovisual production, as well as the Sozzani Gallery (Moscova/Garibaldi stop), a private gallery exhibiting the work of international photographers. Both locations can be reached in a few minutes by metro. Just metro 2 stops away, the Brera area will capture your attention: it embodies an excellent blend of history and modernity, as well as tradition and innovation. Via Brera is the home of the famous Pinacoteca, an ancient and modern art national gallery, the Academy of Fine Arts and, a bit more tucked away, the Brera Botanical Gardens. Furthermore, the neighborhood abounds with interior furnishing boutiques and cafés where intellectuals gather. The area is made lively and dynamic made by numerous restaurants and bars. In particular, we point out: - Hats-Off, an American and Tex-Mex restaurant; - Biif Burger, Italian-style grill that offers a wide menu including homemade pizza to gourmet fast food; - C’era una Volta una Piada, for those who like to savor excellent traditional quesadilla-style flatbreads; - La Hora Feliz, Cuban-style bar; - Langosteria Bistrot, to enjoy a fish-based dinner in chic surroundings. Furthermore, less than 200 yards away is the supermarket Pam (via Olona, 1). The Sant'Ambrogio area is also just a short walk from the Columns of San Lorenzo, a historic Milan square that comes to life during the evening: once an alternative to the city’s chic night life, it is today its center. In summer, a large number of people surround the columns, completely filling up the square surrounding them. Noteworthy is also the proximity to the vibrant Navigli and modern Darsena areas, both famous for the presence of numerous clubs, restaurants and bars, easily reached by tram 10 or by metro (Porta Genova stop - green line).

The apartment is located a short distance away from the Sant’Ambrogio green metro (Line 2), which is only 1 stop from the Cadorna metro and railway stations, and 6 stops from the Central metro and central railway station.

Interior Description

The apartment opens onto a hallway with wardrobe; on the right is the first bedroom, furnished with single bed, wardrobe and dresser.
The living room features media corner, dresser, 2-seat sleeper sofa, and comfortable armchair. From the living room, you can access the balcony (overlooking an internal courtyard) and fully equipped kitchen furnished with a table for 4, which can be extended to accommodate 6.
Continuing on, there is the first bathroom with bathtub and, finally, the master bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, hanger, safe and en suite bathroom, fitted with a large shower stall.
The apartment is air conditioned and features wooden floors throughout. WiFi Internet connection is available in the whole apartment.

Standard arrival time: from 15:00 to 22:00.
Early check in available on request (if possible) with an extra cost of 30 € to be paid prior to arrival.
Late check-in from 22:00 to 24:00 available with an extra cost of €30 to be paid prior to arrival.
Late check-in after 24:00 available with an extra cost of €80 to be paid prior to arrival.

DEPARTURE
Standard departure time between 07:00 and 11:00.

DOCUMENTS
Halldis is required to ask all guests to provide their personal information, including ID card or passport, and forward it to the local authorities.

CITY TAX
Halldis is required to ask guests to pay the City tax according to the municipal rules: City tax of 6.3 € per person per night, for the first 14 nights of stay only for those over 18 years of age.
From 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2026 according to municipal rules Halldis is required to ask guests to pay : City tax of 9.5 € per person per night, for the first 14 nights of stay only for those over 18 years of age.

Security deposit in value between 1000 € may be applied.

GENERAL RULES OF THE HOUSE
- Smoking is prohibited in the house.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission.
- All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in the illegal activities.
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may be penalized 200 €.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the San Vittore apartment, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the overall quality and comfort that this apartment had to offer.

First and foremost, the location is superb. Situated in the heart of a charming neighborhood, the San Vittore apartment allowed me to explore the city with ease. Many of the city's top attractions, restaurants, and shops were within walking distance and/or easily accessible through the nearby Metro station, making it incredibly convenient for both tourists and business travelers.

The apartment itself was a true gem. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The attention to detail in the interior design did not go unnoticed. The living area was comfortable and inviting, with ample seating and a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped with modern appliances, allowing me to prepare my own meals if I chose to do so.

The bedrooms were a haven of relaxation, with comfortable beds and good quality linens that ensured a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms were also impressive, featuring sleek design and all the necessary amenities, including towels and toiletries.
