In the heart of the former industrial area north of Milan, the apartment fits into the context of the new Bicocca area, a short walk from the university that bears its name. From the Bicocca industrial area, it has been identified over time first as Tecnocity and then as a cultural area.
The area is home to the Teatro degli Arcimboldi, the MIC (Interactive Museum of Cinema) and the Fondazione Pirelli Hangar Bicocca, home to many exhibitions and contemporary art installations in a single space.
A short walk away is a Carrefour supermarket while the surrounding area is full of bars and restaurants, including: Nisida (Neapolitan restaurant and pizzeria), Fuorimano OTPB, for a Sunday brunch and cocktails in a literary café, and the Sio Cafe (restaurant and disco, with live shows, from happy hour to late night).

- All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in the illegal activities.
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may be penalized 200 €.
