This spacious apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator). Quiet and extremely bright, all the windows overlook the internal courtyard.
The apartment opens onto a hallway leading to all rooms. From the living room, furnished with a table with 4 Kartell chairs, a single sofa bed, a bookcase and a TV set, you get out onto the balcony, also connecting to the kitchen and the bedroom.
The eat-in kitchen has a table for 4 people, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe with two sliding doors. The bathroom has tub.
The apartment comes with wooden parquet flooring in the bedroom and tiled flooring in the other rooms.

- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may be penalized 200 €.
