Attractions
The location of the apartment is particularly convenient for those wishing to go to the Fieramilanocity exhibition center (located in the Portello district, reachable on foot); furthermore, thanks to the many bus, metro and tram connections available, it is easy to reach the center of Milan and the city’s many places of interest. Thanks to the proximity to the Amendola and Buonarroti Metro stations, it is possible to reach within a few minutes a number of points of interest, including the National Theater (stop: Wagner), Piazza Duomo, the Royal Palace and the Museo del Novecento (stop: Duomo), the Sforza Castle and Parco Sempione (stop: Cairoli), and the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie (reachable by tram 16). Tram 16 is also ideal to reach the San Siro Stadium in just 15 minutes. Many restaurants, bars and clubs can be found near Via Alberto Mario. Interior Description
The ground-floor apartment measures approximately 80 m2 and has been recently renovated. It opens onto a foyer (featuring a comfortable coat stand) that leads to the large living area, furnished with Queen-size sleeper sofa, comfortable armchair, TV corner and table for 6. The open-floor kitchen has fridge, freezer, traditional oven, microwave and electric hobs. The room overlooks a very quiet private street. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: the first with Queen-size bed, large wardrobe, desk, bedside tables and lamps, while the second includes Queen-size bed and comfortable wardrobe. Finally, the bathroom, equipped with washer, sanitary ware and large shower stall.

Very friendly staff, cool and clean apartment
