In the area there are also several typical restaurants such as Trattoria San Filippo Neri, Trattoria Madonnina and Acquacheta.
Also worth a visit is the Spazio Cairoli 12 which houses a restaurant, a bar, a farm with animals, a children's playground, a library, a theatre, a conference room and much more.
Finally, a short distance away we find the Bicocca University, with its wide range of venues and cultural spaces.

The apartment of approximately 35 m2 is quiet and bright and has a terrace overlooking the condominium greenery.
Upon entering we find a wardrobe with two doors, a comfortable desk with a single bed on the mezzanine, a single bed with a pull-out which can also be used as a double bed, an armchair, a table for 2 people and a television area.
We then find a large storage room with two wardrobes and a separate kitchen, equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob.
The bathroom with window is complete with a large shower cubicle, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and has a lovely terrace equipped with a table for two people.
From November 2024 to March 2025 the apartment will be offered at a discounted price because it is undergoing renovation work on the balconies.

- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may be penalized €200.

Appartamento bello e soleggiato in un parco signorile, zona ottima vicinissima a viale Monza. Comunque siamo stati benissimo.
