We then find a table for 3 people and an area suitable for work with a desk and two chairs.
The sleeping area is equipped with a 4-door wardrobe, a large bookcase, a 2-seat sofa, a TV area with smart TV and a double bed on the mezzanine.
A small closet, with cleaning materials completes the sleeping area which also overlooks a small balcony.

Attractions
The area in which the apartment is located is surrounded by stately buildings, and is well served and connected to the city center and the main points of interest. In particular, thanks to its strategic position, you can easily reach on foot or by public transportation: - the Indro Montanelli gardens, the perfect place for your jogging session or a relaxing break. In the Gardens you find both Milan Planetarium and the Civic Museum of Natural History; - Corso Buenos Aires, one of the oldest shopping streets in Milan offering more than 350 shops and boutiques; - Porta Garibaldi district (only 2 subway stops away), recently redeveloped and made extremely modern: here there are the UniCredit Tower, the tallest skyscraper in Italy, and the “Vertical Forest” (Bosco Verticale), a complex consisting of two residential towers with terraces completely covered with plants; - Corso Como, the heart of nightlife in Milan, near the station Garibaldi/Porta Nuova; - Milan Duomo, the city landmark, and Piazza della Scala, set of the world-renowned Scala theatre; - Milano Triennale, considered the Italian Institution for design, architecture, decorative and visual arts, as well as fashion and audiovisual production, which houses permanent and temporary exhibitions. The location of the apartment is also ideal to easily reach Città Studi, home of the Politecnico di Milano, about 1 km away (12 minutes on foot).

- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission.
- All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in the illegal activities.
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may be penalized €200.

Great apartment overall. Only downside is the bunk bed.

The building where the apartment is located is cool, the elevator is functional and the neighbors are discreet and respectful.
The welcome is warm.
The apartment's location is equidistant between several metro stations, so it's a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest one.
The apartment is perfect for a couple, but not for two friends, as there's only one bed on the mezzanine, so you might want to think about replacing the sofa with a sofa bed.
The gas in the kitchen didn't work on the first day, and we couldn't find any washing-up liquid or washing machine liquid.
I think the price is a bit high for what it is.
Nevertheless, we had a good stay and recommend this apartment for very short stays.
