Attractions
Cimiano district of Milan. Cimiano is a neighborhood located in the north-east of Milan, easily reachable by the M2 (green) metro line. Although it is not an area well known by tourists, Cimiano is a lively and characteristic neighbourhood, full of surprises. Among the main attractions of Cimiano there is certainly the Lambro Park, one of the largest parks in Milan, where you can walk, jog or organize a picnic. The park also offers a panoramic view of the city, which is particularly impressive at sunset. Furthermore, the neighborhood is home to the Church of San Nereo e Achilleo, which is a very ancient place of worship dating back to the 4th century. Inside the church it is possible to admire various works of art, including frescoes and paintings. Cimiano is also famous for its gastronomy, in particular its pizzas. There are several pizzerias in the neighborhood that offer pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. Finally, the neighborhood is also an excellent starting point for visiting other areas of Milan, thanks to the presence of various public transport lines that connect Cimiano with the city center and other neighboring areas. In summary, if you want to discover a less touristy but equally interesting area of Milan, Cimiano is definitely a neighborhood worth visiting, with its lush nature, its cultural attractions and its delicious gastronomy.

Interior Description
This apartment of approximately 85m2 is located on the sixth floor with lift, is bright and quiet, is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and features various designer furnishings.
The entrance has large wardrobes, one of which is set up as a laundry area with sink and washing machine.
Then we find the large living room with a four-seat sofa, table for six people, 50-inch smart TV.
The kitchen separated by a splendid glass wall is complete with fridge, freezer, traditional oven, microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher and leads onto the balcony overlooking the internal courtyard.
The first bedroom it is separated from the living room by a glass door and a completely blackout curtain and has a double bed, a 3-door wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps.
The first bathroom, with window, has a large shower cubicle with Bisazza tiles, sink, bidet and toilet.
The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed, bedside tables with lamps and a spacious walk-in wardrobe.
The large en suite bathroom with window has a hydromassage tub, sink, bidet and toilet.

- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may be penalized 200 €.
