Interior Description
This studio apartment of about 35 square meters is quiet and bright and is equipped with air conditioning and ultra-fast internet connection.
Entering the apartment we find a single sofa bed, a table for 4 people and a TV area with a 32-inch smart TV.
Then we have the sleeping area with two single beds that can also be joined into a double bed, 2 bedside lamps with bedside tables and a chest of drawers.
The separate kitchen is complete with refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave oven and overlooks a balcony.
The bathroom with window is complete with sink, washing machine, shower, toilet and bidet.
Finally, we have a small closet and a large 3-door wardrobe in the corridor.

- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may be penalized €200.
