Viale Gorizia is very close to Navigli area, thus in a strategic location that allows reaching the main places of interest in a short time. In particular, from the apartment you can easily reach on foot or by public transport: - MUDEC - Museum of Cultures, which is definitely noteworthy.

Interior Description
The recently renovated apartment is located on the first floor, overlooking the internal courtyard, and is particularly quiet.
Upon entering we find the living area with a table for 4 people, a 24-inch TV, and a French sofa bed.
From the living room, access is to a large balcony overlooking the external courtyard, which is set up with a table and two chairs.
The open kitchen is complete with an induction hob, coffee machine, traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, and freezer.
Then we have the bedroom with a double bed, a 4-door wardrobe and a bedside table with a lamp.
The apartment is completed by the bathroom with a large shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and an ultra-fast internet connection.
The flooring is parquet, there are mosquito nets and the shutters are electrically controlled.

If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
Security deposit in value between 1000 € may be applied.
Special conditions for long stays may be applied.

- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission.
- All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in the illegal activities.
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may be penalized 200 €.
