The apartment is located in a very well served residential area and connected to the city center and the main places of interest. In particular, they are easily reachable by metro, tram or bus:

Policies

ARRIVAL
Standard arrival time: from 15:00 to 20:00.
Early check in available on request (if possible) with extra cost of 30 € to be paid prior to arrival.
Late check-in is possible until 24:00 for a cost of €30 to be paid prior to arrival.
After 24.00 – NO SHOW.
Departure between 07:00 and 11:00.
Please contact the contact person a couple of days before arrival to arrange check-in details.

DOCUMENTS
Halldis is required to ask all guests to provide their personal information, including ID card or passport, and forward it to the local authorities.

CITY TAX
Halldis is required to ask guests to pay the City tax according to the municipal rules: City tax of 6.3 € per person per night, for the first 14 nights of stay only for those over 18 years of age.
From 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2026 according to municipal rules Halldis is required to ask guests to pay : City tax of 9.5 € per person per night, for the first 14 nights of stay only for those over 18 years of age.

CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OVER 29 NIGHTS
If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
Security deposit in value between 1000 € may be applied.
Special conditions for long stays may be applied.

GENERAL RULES OF THE HOUSE
- Smoking is prohibited in the house.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission.
- All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in the illegal activities.
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may be penalized 200 €.
