Small terrace on the same floor is shared with the other apartment, but the terrace on the first floor and background garden with dining area is also available for you. You will find silence of being outside of the rush city centre streets very comfortable, especially in the evening.

ARRIVAL:
Regular check-in is available from 16.00 until 22:00.
Late check-in is possible until 24:00 for €30 cash to be paid in spot or 50€ after midnight.
Please coordinate the check-in details with the contact person 2 days before your arrival.
Halldis is required to have all guests provide their personal details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Please respect the environment and use the A/C only when you are in the room.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Please follow the local garbage rules.
- Please do not use stove brought from your house.
- Please do not leave the coffee machine ON
- No smoking is permitted inside of the room.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbour policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
Breaking these rules may be penalized by €200.
