Built entirely of stone and wood, the property is surrounded by some characteristic dry-stone walls and by a lovely garden (400 sqm) decorated with some Mediterranean plants and a fish tank (made from an old stone manger).
Next to the property, you will find a covered veranda, equipped with a dining table for 6 people, for tasty alfresco meals.
The outdoor area is enhanced by a private panoramic pool (5x10 m), lit up at night, and provided with sunbeds, parasols, and an outdoor shower. From here you can admire amazing views of the valley and the Mediterranean coast.
Moreover, at guests' disposal an external brickwork kitchen, provided with a barbecue, ideal for outdoor cooking and grilling.

Marina di Ragusa is a seaside resort overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, situated in that geographical area of South-Eastern Sicily (the so-called Val di Noto). The Val di Noto - declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2002 - comprises seven cities (Modica, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide, Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Catania, Caltagirone, and Militello in Val di Catania) which were decimated by an enormous earthquake in 1693 and rebuilt in what came to be known as the "Sicilian Baroque style".
This area is full of archaeological finds, landscape beauties, Baroque monuments and boasts excellent food and wine tradition.

The villa (100 sqm), set on 2 levels, is decorated in a country-chic style and boasts an ancient roof, made from reeds and plaster. It can accommodate up to 4 people for a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuite bathrooms.
Ground floor: On the ground floor you will find a bright living area with direct access to the pool and the garden, furnished with a double sofa, smart tv and dining table for 6 people. The living room enjoys amazing views over the valley, thanks to its large glass walls.
Following a lovely country kitchen, equipped with gas stoves, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher.
A double bedroom with flat TV and ensuite bathroom (with shower box) makes the rest of this floor.
