The apartment is located on Via Nazionale, accessible by a very steep private road, making it more suitable for sporty types. The entrance is on the ground floor, directly from the street. You will be welcomed by an open space with a living room, dining area, and small kitchenette. Here, you have a small sofa and a TV. The kitchenette has a small fridge, a coffee machine with coffee pods, a microwave, and an electric stovetop. On the same floor, there is a small bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet. Above the open space is the first mezzanine with a double bed. You can easily access the second part of the apartment through an open arch. Here, you will find a single bed on the ground floor and a double bed on a mezzanine. The apartment has only one A/C unit in the main space, so be aware that on hot summer days, it may have difficulty keeping the whole space cool.

- Smoking is prohibited in the house
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission
- All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in the illegal activities
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately
Violation of these rules may be penalized with €200
