The villa is ideally located: close to the main services of the town (within walking distance) and, at the same time, it boasts a quiet position thanks to its luxuriant garden (4000 sqm) enclosed with shrubs that guarantees an excellent privacy.

From the villa, you can reach Florence in 30 minutes by bus using the nearby stop (which is just a few metres from the property), or by train via the Calenzano train station, only 2.5 km away.
The Mugello area is characterized by a clever mix of nature and comfort to citizens, while ensuring easy access to the A1 Milan-Naples highway, the proximity to Florence but also to historical centers including Scarperia, one of Italy's most beautiful towns with its Palazzo dei Vicari and the parish-churches in the surrounding area dating back to periods between 1000 and 1200.
For sport lovers, we suggest a visit to the International Racing Circuit of Mugello (40 km). Within half an hour drive you can get to Lake Bilancino where you can practice several water sports, including canoeing, sailing and windsurfing.
Some tennis courts are in the nearest surrounding of the villa and 3 golf courses are located between 15 and 35 km away.
Lastly, if you love shopping, we recommend to go to the Barberino Designer Outlet (25 km) where you can find the most important brands of international fashion.

The property, set on 2 floors, has been recently restored with taste. The romantic and elegant interiors feature beautiful antiques, hardwood floors, high ceilings, and an open-well central staircase. The villa can accommodate up to 10 people for a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

- 1 twin bedroom with two single beds (joinable) and a small adjacent bathroom with a wall-mounted shower.
Air conditioning is present in the living room, in the dining room and in all bedrooms.

Beautiful villa, elegantly furnished and equipped with many amenities: swimming pool, satellite TV, air conditioning, Hi-Fi, DVD player, shower with chromotherapy.
It is located in the town of Calenzano so it is close to the main services (reachable on foot) but, at the same time, it offers an excellent privacy thanks to its lush enclosed garden.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with king-size bed with ensuite bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with king-size bed and spacious ensuite bathroom with bathtub and wall-mounted shower;
- 2 bedrooms with king-size bed and shared adjacent bathroom with bathtub and separate shower with chromotherapy, hydro-jet massage and Turkish bath;
- 1 twin bedroom with two single beds (joinable) and a small adjacent bathroom with a wall-mounted shower.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms.

The villa has four bathrooms.
On the ground floor there is a courtesy bathroom and one ensuite bathroom with shower.
