Signoria Vista

The location of this apartment was amazing. Close to museums and great food. The apartment was clean and was very comfortable. Anyone wanting a nice apartment close to museums, food and shopping, this is the place to stay.

Staying at Signoria Vista was an unforgettable experience. The breathtaking views over Piazza della Signoria and Palazzo Vecchio made us feel as though we were living at the very heart of Florence — we couldn’t imagine a better way to embrace Florentine life.

The apartment itself is a jewel in the Medici crown: spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It was a perfect home away from home, and every detail contributed to making our stay truly special.

Thank you, Halldis! Our three weeks at Signoria Vista were definitely not enough to take in all the treasures of Florence — we will certainly be back!

first of all I would like to say that the pictures do not do this apartment justice. Its so much bigger than what you expect and you have so much space. Its so comfortable with really large comfortable beds. It is very well equipped with Satalite TV and media box. The location is the best if all of florence with Palazzo Vechio and Piazza del signoria literally on your doorstep. The price is very reasonable and the communication was really easy and helpful. I will be booking to stay here again

rendono giustizia a questo appartamento. È molto più grande di quanto ci si aspetti e offre tantissimo spazio. È davvero confortevole, con letti grandi e comodissimi. È ben attrezzato, con TV satellitare e media box. La posizione è la migliore di tutta Firenze, con Palazzo Vecchio e Piazza della Signoria letteralmente a due passi. Il prezzo è molto ragionevole e la comunicazione è stata facile ed estremamente utile. Prenoterò sicuramente di nuovo per tornare a soggiornare qui.

photos ne rendent pas justice à cet appartement. Il est bien plus grand que ce que l'on imagine et il y a énormément d'espace. C'est très confortable, avec de grands lits très douillets. Il est très bien équipé avec la télévision satellite et un boîtier multimédia. L'emplacement est le meilleur de tout Florence, avec le Palazzo Vecchio et la Piazza della Signoria littéralement à votre porte. Le prix est très raisonnable et la communication a été simple et très utile. Je réserverai à nouveau sans hésiter.

Zunächst möchte ich sagen, dass die Bilder diesem Apartment nicht gerecht werden. Es ist viel größer, als man erwartet, und bietet enorm viel Platz. Es ist sehr komfortabel mit großen, bequemen Betten. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Satellitenfernsehen und Media-Box. Die Lage ist die beste in ganz Florenz - der Palazzo Vecchio und die Piazza della Signoria befinden sich buchstäblich direkt vor der Tür. Der Preis ist sehr angemessen und die Kommunikation war einfach und äußerst
hilfreich. Ich werde definitiv wieder hier buchen.

Allereerst wil ik zeggen dat de foto's dit appartement geen recht doen. Het is veel groter dan je zou verwachten en je hebt ontzettend veel ruimte. Het is erg comfortabel met grote, comfortabele bedden. Het is goed uitgerust met satelliet-tv en een mediabox. De locatie is de beste van heel Florence, met het Palazzo Vecchio en het Piazza della Signoria letterlijk om de hoek. De prijs is zeer redelijk en de communicatie verliep makkelijk en behulpzaam. Ik ga hier zeker nog een keer boeken.

Well appointed, clean and a PERFECT location.

This apartment has the best view of Firenze day and night. It has a very functional and reliable elevator for easy access and egress. It has a lot of insulation from nighttime noise in the rear bedrooms making a huge advantage for a good night's sleep. The Piazza facing windows are modern, beautiful and soundproof although noise level from the Piazza during the day is minimal based on the apartment's second floor location.

Air conditioning and hot water are more than adequate and a quick recovery but the thermostat for heating the unit is pretty tough to figure out. The building itself is pretty warm in the winter evenings so we never needed the radiators.

The Kitchen is quite functional but needs a few new dishes for 2 or more people

Compared to other units around the Piazza, It has a lot of advantages and my spouse and I love it

Excellent family bucket list experience in the center of a spectacular city

Best location -- and view! -- in Firenze. Made our entire stay much more manageable in a city packed with tourists (right outside our doorstep). No need for taxis other than for the airport. The apartment was pleasant. Air conditioning was needed and worked well. Beds were comfortable. Despite being in a busy piazza, the room was serene, with no noise problems. We found a local grocer -- Sapori -- just across the Ponte Vecchio and shopped there daily, producing our own tasty, family dinners. Shopping options surrounded and we found good leather and gold options near the Leather School. Responses to minor service requests were quick and helpful. Very easy in and out.

The WiFi had limited range and inconsistent service. The Verizon international plan is usually a good backup to WiFi but their local provider did not provide a very good signal. One shower drain was slow, and by the last day it was nearly plugged. These were very minor concerns and did not detract from a wonderful stay.
